- Approval: A person makes the important calls. The brief goes to Slack with any conflict flagged. Nothing moves until someone signs off.

Before engineering, I worked in digital marketing and media buying, inside the same campaign setups, reports, and handoffs I now build software for.
That is where I learned the gap between how a process is written down and how people actually get it done. I build for the second one, and I keep a person in the loop wherever their judgment is the point.
